ARE PETS ALLOWED?

While the Izzy Inn is inspired by the wonderful Izabella, in order to keep cleaning costs down and maintain cleanliness, the Izzy Inn is kept a pet-free space.

ARE THERE ANY CLEANING FEES OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES?

All fees are based on the recommended and required pricing for Airbnb while working to keep costs as affordable as possible for guests.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Full refunds are provided with five days advance cancellation.

IS THERE A MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT?

The minimum stay required is just one night.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE UNIT?

There is no smoking allowed in the unit and an additional cleaning fee will be assessed if renters are found to have smoked in-unit during their stay.
